We begin all programs with an analysis. In your business analysis and discovery session, we accomplish the following:
  1. A comprehensive review of materials including your business plan, business workflow, and marketing materials. We’ll also review what you’ve already done, and you’ll receive straightforward feedback that will give you direction on what to do now and what to do later.
  2. Define your strategic planning process and how it fits into the overall scope of your specific business needs and development. We’ll talk about the three areas all profitable businesses should have: Culture, Infrastructure, and Marketing.
  3. Determine the current state of your business (vision, mission, strategies, and goals) and your business ideas.
  4. Discuss your company’s positioning strategy. We’ll determine how to position your company effectively to get the attention of your prospective clients.
  5. Review your business infrastructure and operations to identify any gaps. From there, your advisor will recommend what you should keep, what you should change, and what needs to be done from scratch.

Once your analysis is complete, Effició will first, develop an initial one-month action plan for strategic planning and business development, and second, share a step-by-step process for actively pulling together all the components of your Strategic Blueprint™ if you choose to continue your work.
